Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all equipment manuals, tags, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the equipment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
